Carine - Tuscan Courtyard
This Tuscan style property has good bones, but needs a much needed green injection plus re-styling of the al fresco area. The tight budget meant that very little could be changed to the hard landscaping, but we've managed to repurpose and enhance existing metalwork to add some finishing touches.

Woodvale - Verge Appeal
This "vanilla" house is getting a home office with access from the front courtyard area. This re-design allows for improved street appeal, updated hard landscaping and a nod towards Hamptons style to give the property some personality.
Wanneroo - Urban Safari on a Shoestring
The owner of this property wants an African inspired entertainment area. A limited budget meant that we had to keep and enhance the existing hard landscaping where possible. We've focussed on works that the client can self perform to keep costs down, but also put her very individual stamp on the project.

Kingsley - 80's update
Not everything needs to be rendered and painted Woodland Grey to feel refreshed. For this 80's child, we're treating the facade with a bit of respect by brightening the the colour and adding some entrance definition. The back yard is a complete makeover with pool, al fresco and opportunity for kids to play and grow.
